Grilled Salmon Fillet

Ingredients

2-4 servings

1 kg  Salmon fillets
1 tbsp Tamari sauce
3 tbsp Olive oil
2-3 cloves Garlic, chopped
1/4 cup Lemon juice

Directions

Mix together tamari sauce, olive oil, garlic, and lemon juice in a non-reactive tray. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Set broiler to high temperature for 10 minutes. Set oven rack 13 cm from the heating element. Place the oiled broiler pan on the rack and heat it up for at least 10 minutes.

Set marinated salmon fillets on the heated pan skin side up. Cook for 5-8 minutes until skin is nicely charred. Serve hot over salad or rice.
